Shipping & Delivery
- Processing: 1–2 business days.
- Czech Republic: Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days.
- Europe: International shipping is available. Contact us before placing your order and we will calculate the available shipping options, cost and estimated delivery time.
Returns & Refunds
- 14-Day Right of Withdrawal: Consumers may withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to statutory exceptions.
- Product Condition: Opening ordinary packaging does not automatically exclude your right of withdrawal. You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
