What is your return policy?
In accordance with Czech Republic legislation, you can return your purchase within 14 calendar days of delivery without giving any reason. If your order arrived in multiple shipments, the 14 days start from the day you receive the final package.
Can I return any toy?
We accept returns only for unopened, undamaged toys in their original packaging. Because we care about the safety and hygiene of children, items that have been opened or played with cannot be returned.
How do I initiate a return?
It's simple! Just send us an email at PlasticFantasticads@gmail.com or fill out the return form on our website within the 14-day window. We will then send you detailed instructions on how to ship the package back to us.
