Important: 14-day return policy applies only to unopened, undamaged items in their original packaging.

We would like to inform you that, in accordance with the legislation of the Czech Republic, when purchasing goods online, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the goods.

If your order was delivered in multiple shipments, this 14-day period begins on the date you receive the final part of your order.

To initiate a return, you must notify us of your decision within this timeframe via email or by completing the return form on our website. Following notification, the goods should be sent back to us in accordance with our return instructions.
